Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or purchase document.
If you want to request a return, please contact us at retur@gripentactical.se. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and for ensuring that the return reaches us.
In the case of an exchange, the new item will only be sent out once the return has reached us.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalised items. Please contact us if you have questions or problems with a particular item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product, please contact us at retur@gripentactical.se. State your order number, the product you want to exchange, and the product you want to exchange for. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming your exchange, as well as a return label. The new item will only be sent out once the return has reached us.
14-day cancellation period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are delivered in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked the return, and whether or not that refund is authorised. If the refund is authorised, it will be automatically made to the original payment method within 10 working days. Remember that it may take a while for the bank or credit card company to process the return so that it is visible to you.
